How do we navigate Christian life in an increasingly post-Christian world? How should we think about and even use controversial cultural issues that inevitably surface in every day conversations as an opportunity to bear witness to Christ? Join us for our one day conference on Christian Life in an Ever-Changing World, a day of fruitful teaching and conversation about faithfully navigating the challenges of our rapidly shifting culture.
This day will equip you to…
— Root your understanding of difficult issues in Scripture.
— Understand different foundational assumptions from which people make decisions and live.
— Develop skills for meaningful conversations about charged topics.
We will specifically address transgender issues, IVF, end of life decisions and euthanasia, and the challenges and opportunities of AI.
Our time will be led by Dan Trippie, Founder and Director of the The Center for Christian Thought & Ethics. Dan Trippie is a native of Buffalo, NY. He holds a Ph.D. in ethics from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and Mdiv. from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Dan’s focus is in public theology with a special emphasis on religious freedom.
