Kids

Covenant Kids provides a safe, welcoming environment for children at Covenant Church during our worship services. Our desire, though, is to do more than just childcare...we want to partner with parents as they seek to raise their children. We believe that God longs for every child to have a repeated opportunity to hear and see the Gospel and to respond to it. We also want to help kids love Jesus, represent Jesus and to live with the gospel at the center of their lives.

Step 1: Check-in for Kids

Stop by the check-in station and speak to a volunteer who will help you register your kids for the first time. We ask every parent to do this so your kids can be safe and accounted for in Covenant Kids. They will receive a printed label with their name to wear. This helps volunteers learn your child's name and make your child feel welcomed. It also contains your phone number that will be texted if a volunteer requires your help.

Step 2: Begin worship as a family

To begin our service, both kids and parents sit together in the main room. After singing a few songs, the kids and volunteers will be dismissed downstairs to Kids. Feel free to go down with your child to drop them off and meet the volunteers and teachers serving that day.

Step 3: Pickup your kids after service

At the check-in station, you will have received a label that matches your child. Head downstairs and present that label to pick-up your kid. This approach protects your child from being picked by anyone other than then yourself (or someone you trust and give your label to). After you have your kids, feel free to let them run around in the worship space while you mingle with others- The kids love climbing under the chairs!

The Gospel Project Curriculum.

The Gospel Project for Kids is a Christ-centered Bible study resource that follows a chronological timeline of Bible events—presenting the story of redemption through Jesus Christ. Each week, these stories come to life through video, music, activities, and more.
